“Rabbi Oliver is a wonderful listener making me feel safe and free to say what I need. I like how he was able to relate his own experiences with my own, so I did not feel alone. Helpfully, he also made me aware of additional options available to me for support..”

— Sophie

“Rabbi Oliver was always very attentive to me, he always thought to advise me in the most caring and compassionate way, he showed great empathy as I spoke about the challenges I was facing. He has been a support voice over several years now and I have found it helpful to check in with him when I need to. He was always supportive of my decisions, and he was the first religious leader who genuinely cared for and championed my happiness and well-being above religious practice.”

— Jacob

“I have turned to Rabbi Oliver for significant pastoral guidance over a number of years, both formally and informally. He is a deep listener and provides pointed reflection and support, grounded in his thorough Jewish knowledge, life experience, and understanding of the human condition. I found that he was someone who was accessible and easy to reach out to and made time to sit with me in times of need, and tease out and confront comfortable and uncomfortable truths.”

— Mike

“Rabbi Oliver Joseph is supportive, warm, and learned, and I have had nothing but good experiences with him. I first met Rabbi Oliver when I was considering applying to rabbinical school, and have since had many significant conversations with him throughout my rabbinic training and early rabbinic career. Rabbi Oliver is an attentive listener, a learned rabbi, and a treasured colleague and friend.”

— Rabbi Natasha Mann, New London Synagogue, London

“Oliver Joseph is what a rabbi is supposed to be: a listener, a teacher, a humble guide, a companion, a bridge between worlds. No issue is too big or too insignificant for a discussion with him-grappling with emotional crisis, or tips for improving kitchen skills! One leaves a conversation with Rabbi Oliver feeling really good, having been listened to and offered new paths and perspectives.”

— Rabbi Josh Weiner, Adath Shalom, Paris

If you are looking for a rabbi who can bring deep spiritual meaning to your life - Rabbi Oliver Joseph is an excellent choice! Rabbi Oliver is also an excellent mentor with an energy that will awaken your soul. He has a unique capacity to answer questions about life and death in a way that is deep, thoughtful and humbling.
